is it better if i make some bay-related avatars and upload them?

if that's the case, please list the images you would want on the avatar allery or point a url of the image you would want avatarized.

Lovin' the 80x80 size - I'm not a huge fan of giant avatars and think this size is ample.

As far as an avatar gallery goes, well, you could throw one together if you wanted. I kinda like the fact that people have to create their own - it gives them a bit more personality. I do realise that not everyone is able to, so maybe a default one (or two) that they can select in their profile would be good.
