I swear I am going to push for a bill that will make it a lot fucking harder for people to be approved to make movies with dragons. I am not saying this movie will be bad, but I am saying that if it is not bad, I will be really really really really really really surprised.

this movie has the potential to be hilariously awful, and good at the same time....i say it'll probably be worth a rental. Get a shit load of friends together, some liquor and beer, and enjoy the shit out of a terrible movie haha

Says under filmmakers that Hyung Rae Shim (Director-Writer-Executive Producer) is often called the George Lucas of Asia... and then the producer says he's been a fan of Shim's since he was a comedian...
I like dragons... last dragon movie I liked was Dragon Slayer w/Dennis Quaid and Sean Connery. Was a good buddy movie. Effects...hmmm who cares. It had Sean Connery -- he can phone it in and I'll still watch/listen. As for Dragon Wars, at least they tried. The first time a child attempts to walk the fall flat on the arse... It's a whopper of an accopmlishment what they did just in getting a film financed/made. They'll learn and hopefully they'll get another opportunity to continue to live the dream. But no, this film doesn't look like I'll spend time watching it. Beej |

I guess the movie you're refering to is "Dragonheart" (which is OK), not "Dragonslayer" (which is actually quite good). So far, I've only seen a trailer for "D-Wars" and apart from the cheesy FX this looks a hell of a lot more entertaining than Emmerich's Godzilla. |
