I met my mom today who is 59, and she had my nephew with her (who's 8 years old). We all went to watch Transformers. It was my 4th time to see it. I wanted to take her since she went through my crazy Transformer days in the 80s.

She loved the movie. She kept whispering during the movie, "Wow, that was amazing." When she walked out she said, "THANK YOU ADAM FOR TAKING ME TO THIS."

The only thing she did not understand, which she asked me, was why the cube turned everything bad except for Bumblebee when he touched it.

I told her I had that same question when I first saw the movie. Then I said, "I guess the cube just reacts to which ever side is touching it and maybe Megatron messed with it , before it was lost , while he was using it." Then I said, "It could be something we find out in the second movie."

He does not need to hear it again, but GREAT JOB MICHAEL BAY! You even entertained the older folks with this one!
