I think bringing back any dead characters would be a bad idea. Except maybe Megatron. It would be a bad idea storywise and Tf universe-wise too, with so much transformers waiting to have screentime. Instead of Jazz you could use Mirage, Sunstreaker, Wheeljack or others to be the cool sportcar in the next movie.
