where have they all gone?

I noticed in the scene when The Fallen arrives on earth there are decepticons arriving all around the world. It is stated by the reporter on his news bullletin and The Fallen also hints at it when he says that He just prooved he can destroy human cities easilly. My question is, where have they all gone given that the Decepticons that duke it out in the desert all come from space?

Are they all hiding again? are there other ploys in motion besides the fallens plans? And if so; whos pulling the strings behind the fallens back? ...

LOL....I only saw them going to the Egypt, Paris, and the ocean.....

The ones that went to Egypt were the constructicons and some others, they waited
The one that went to Paris was to get sams parents
And the ones that got the freighter were with the fallen

Later some of them (mixmaster, the fallen, megatron, and starscream) were in America doing some damage and sending the message....

Otherwise I don't think there were any secretely working on there own....
