It's hard to make out (because he says it so fast), but it sounds like: "El letrero ya mero me rompe el culo"
Which would loosely translate into: "That sign nearly busted my ass"

Yes,close....enough.I am fluent in Spanglish myself.But I have yet to learn this spinach language you speak of.?Spanglish is English with Spanish bad words.So in a way they get an idea of what you are saying and still be able to cuss!!!I love it!!I learned it working correctional facilityz here.

If you watch the movie in Spanish, the stuff that he says will be in English. He talks really fast, but you can sort of make out what he says.
