It seems like a simulator-ride like Spiderman, Star Tours or Storm Rider. Glad it isn't likely too intense like Battlestar Galactica: Cylon rollercoaster.

Ummm, am I missing something here? Where exactly are the "spoilers"? Listening to the audio file and "imagining" what the ride will be like is like giving a group of kids a handful of psychedelic mushrooms and telling them to write an epic novel based on what they "saw"... :lmao


Either way, I'm planning another trip back to USA and Singapore neat year to see and experience the new ride in person. =)

Thanks for sharing, the main robot (i think) of the attraction talking to the audience needs to have a more robotic voice i think, it sounds like a normal guy voice-acting.. i only listened to the first 25seconds.
Didnt they put effects in the voices of the Transformers in the movie??

Yeahh.. i hope so... and the area where the Allspark is looks like the attraction of Armageddon in Disneyland Paris.. but i guess with the 3D glasses on it will be much better then the Armageddon attraction...

When i entered the Armageddon attraction i expected the Sling-Shot around the Moon sort of ride, i didn't know what to expect really before that i experienced the Back to The Future ride which was awesome but the white screen where the images were projected on had a little whole in it and so i focused on that whole in the screen so the intensity of the ride was less for me but you could really feel it so it was really awesome and also Star Wars the ride is also pretty cool (the old one, i haven't been in the pimped up version yet) those two rides were awesome, i was like 13-14 when i was in Back to the Future ride it was in Universal Florida i believe and Star Wars in Disney World/Land they were identical i think.
But anyways, i expected the Sling-Shot around the Moon sort of ride like those two attractions but it was a sort of recreated scene from the movie where A.J. (Ben Affleck) pulls the leaver and everything goes wrong but i missed the whole thing cause i was looking elsewhere lol :P and then there was this big flame that came out of the middle of the room where A.J. was.. so i missed the whole thing but if they would give the Armageddon tour an expansion it would def. need to have that scene in it! would be a kick-ass-ride Houston! ;D

The piece of video that contains Megatron's animation seems to be sped up, playing at twice the frame rate - could it be that the ride is playing at 48 fps in 3d, like Peter Jacksons Hobbit?

I doubt that Michael gives a damn about this. I'm pretty sure that they will fix this till the opening day on December 3.

Just rode the ride. One thing I can say with confidence is that this is Transformers fans' heaven. It made me feel like I was actually witnessing their battle (including Prime vs Megs one-on-one fights several times). Beware, you'll get a bit wet when Megatron spits.

Strangely, there're no toys of EVAC. They said they don't have it until the ride opens in Hollywood.
