Voted for dinobots. Though they can ruin the movie, they can also become great addition with proper story, i think. Besides, despite the fact that i hate this comparing, if they are to introduce them, there's a chance they'll also introduce Sky Lynx

Bay has already shown interest in having a aircraft carrier transform. plus, the Decepticons NEED a bot of that scale if a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT defeated there BIGGEST AND BADDEST last film. The Decepticons need as much help as they can get if they are to face more high school students.
