Where did you order? I ordered my set too but got delayed due to legal issue with the studio and the company that designed the case, but I never get any compensation.

Ordered it through Amazon. Got a notice of the legal problem but would be sent a copy of the 2 Disc Blu-ray instead. You also had to have placed your order for the Marvel Cinematic Universe between June 1 and Aug 28, and if you had cancelled your order you got no compenation. Hope that helps.

^Almost pulled the trigger on that set around that time. (ultimately passed since I've already got them individually) Had read about that when it happened. Really cool of Amazon to have done that.
