What do you care? I dont.
If they hate they will probably hate more then just Michael, haters will be haters.
Do you really expect Michael to have created this for those assholes? i really dont think so bro.
Michael probably connected with the fans with the premieres of DOTM and on the set in Chicago he probably had this thought on his mind for a while now and he's acting on it now and i think its awesome he's doing this.

Cody is one lucky dude! XD im so jealous :P

This is a great initiative from you Michael, to make sure that these people get better equipment wich in return creates for them a better life existence.
Steve Jobs should totally get behind this and upgrade these gadgets or create something new and better for them or create an accessory for the Ipad/Iphone something wich you can plug into the device for these people without even having to use their hands.

This is not only Cody's problem but its global.
Hopefully Steve J. will look into it, this was awesome from Michael for doing this now lets hope for the best!

Im gonna send this to my brother he works with disabled people maybe they will go and see the movie after they seen this you never know :P

Also Steve Jobs could work something out like giving a coupon to disabled people buying such a gadget so it doesn't cost that much with their insurance.

Enough things Steve J. could do for Cody and many many other people around the world maybe.

Ive seen the old or poorly designed gadgets that people use for communicating with where my brother works and they do really suck.. its terrible.

Insurance companies always seem to be lagging behind. I´m really glad to see you influencing Apple to help kids like Cody, and I hope the iPad will work better for him (i´m sure it will) than the device he previously had.
Hope you´ll consider giving Cody a role in one of your future films and let him be a part of the dream. I for one, would love to see him in one of your movies.

Oh yeah for sure! would love to see Cody as the cool guy or the adorable guy who gets all the cute girls around him and secretly manipulates them whahaha or the guy that makes a scene really funny haha maybe involving kicking someones ass without breakin a sweat lol :P ;D

Yes, the apple devices have a certain.... reputation, but i do agree that they can be so helpful for people with disabilities and as learning tools.

I remember the clip in the iPhone4 presentation video that had the deaf people communicating via the 'facetime' app. That blew my mind and the audiences mind as it's such a simple idea that just hasn't been so readily available and it would enable deaf people to communicate on the move.

I don't know only 1 thing in the whole world :

WHY PEOPLE ESPECIALLY CRITICS AND THE STAFF HATING MICHAEL BAY

They are losers who become critics , bad persons who hates everything not only Transformers ...
    My point is that :
When i saw the Cody video and when i saw that Bay helped the Haiti people back then i was started to blamed even more the bad critics the , the bad men , the Bay haters and their even worst mouths !

Michael Bay is a very good man a very nice and cool person overall with his unique style of perspective . I don't know him but i want to meet him one day at least once ... and this it will be a honor ....

Michael Keep up the best job , Michael you are the best and thanks for helping people thanks for reviving the Transformers Franchise and thanks for all your kindness ....Not many people are as good persons as you remember that and F*** the critics YOU ARE A HELL LOT BETTER THAT ANY OF THEM OUT THERE ! My best wishes to you and yours as well as to my beloved Steven Spielberg !!!!!!

    * Do not forget your fans And your Transformers fans in the future ...... [ 1086 TF figures and counting ] !!!!

Mike is the type of person the world really needs: Caring for the rest. Not selfish assholes that think that money is the only important thing. Idiots who don't care about the rest. Complete fu**tards that have filled the world.

Michael Bay, you're the best, a great example and an actual inspiration to me. Even if I don't make any films, I'll always remember yours, and you'll inspire my next work.

    Thank you!

Anyway, good job with Cody, Mike. Keep it up.

Re: Cody - Pretty much echoing the sentiments. Great stuff.

That has to be the biggest B.S Excuse I've ever heard. Who gives a damn if it connects to the web, if it does a better job than a shitty over priced unit then why can't it be covered by insurance?

    Money dear boy...

Seriously, pretty much any way insurance companies can nickel and dime you into making money. You should see some the wacky policies some health insurance companies have here in the U.S.

Not just health insurance companies, insurance companies in general.

It's hard not to hate the man who brought us Megan Fox - yes I said it on his forum. I did gain some respect for him when he dumped her but as long as she is still around polluting my girly gossip sites and movie trailers...

That said, I'm not here to bash MB on his own site...

If this is who Michael Bay really is, he is in serious need of an image rehab. I remember he was very upset about the puppy throwing video (which is REALLY when I started getting some respect for the guy). I'm glad he is showing his human side. I hope to see more of it. Decent looking guys with Ferraris are a dime a dozen in this town. Depth and caring are much hotter.

Michael has done a a lot of charitable work.

Michael lent the use of his private plane to ferry doctors to the Haiti and bring a group of firefighters back and the disaster on that island.

He hosted the Big Give (which benefits the United Way) event at his home in Miami, the year before last.

He sold signed DVDs and Blu Rays of Revenge of the Fallen and Transformers on this site to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation. The discs we bought raised 20k dollars, a donation he matched with his own money. He also brought afflicted children to visit his sets many times while filming.

The good things he does rarely get much press.
