Actually, the model is slightly different to Blackout.
Its not noticable unless you watch both characters back-to-back.
Grindor has a slightly different back section (The engine behind his head.), and he is lighter in colour.

Isn´t he also rusty, as if he´s been on the ocean floor? I honestly can´t remember, but to me, it would seem obvious it´s the same guy as in TF 1.

As obvious as the three or more Long Hauls between ROTF and DOTM, Demolishor and Scavenger, the multiple Rampages, the second Bonecrusher in ROTF and "Desert" Brawl in DOTM?

I didn´t dissect the movie like that so I can´t say. But I do remember the second Bonecrusher so whatever... maybe they´re not the same guy then
