In one scene we saw Bee rescue Sam and Lennox and in the next one they were surrounded all of the sudden?

yeh but baddies in every film never kill the good ones straight away, the goodies always escape. But at that point i was hoping Soundwave would have blown Bumblebees head clean off, woulda made the film more emotional.

Well to play around with them like they did I actually liked. I just didn't get how they got captured? How did they manage to surround or to set the trap?

baddies always have to explain their story then they kill/ give enough time to escape...

When the big ship is falling down, Brain said they are going to die. So I think yes.

I doubt they died especially with a ship that size and a fall that short, then again they might be more fragile than the larger Transformers?

Q: WTF is Barricade doing in the movie? Bumblebee killed him in the first movie and then he suddenly appears on the highway fight scene in TF1 and I cant remember if he was in ROTF? Come on... they could have done with out him and given Shockwave more screen time, I guess black Salen spec Mustangs must be popular with Decepticons?

If you read the comic books related to the movies, you will see that Barricade failed to go offline. And no, Bumblebee did not kill Barricade. During that fight in the first movie, Barricade was only put into a Stasis Lock. When he later appears in TF1, he is damaged by Ironhide by driving straight into a cement pillar on the highway. He doesn't die because of this, but he becomes extremely damaged. He was never put offline. He was not in ROTF, and I don't think we were ever given explanation for that fact.
However, during the comic, "Reign of Starscream", I believe Starscream finds Barricade on the highway outside of Mission City, and tells Barricade to continue to collect intelligence on the Humans on Earth after he recovered from his nearly fatal crash. I can only guess that he was doing espionage business during ROTF.

whaaa so after all of Bumblebee's killer ninja moves and a few plasma blasts, all he managed to do was put him in "stasis lock".

Anyway next question: why doesn't Cybertron from the first movie look anything like the Cybertron from DOTM? Is there an inner core or maybe a "dark side" to the planet we didn't see?

I'd have to agree with Solstice. We were never aware of their exact position in the ship, so we don't know if they were in the front when it nose-dived into the ground, or if they were farther back in the ship. If they were farther back, I could easily see them as having survived.
