Transformers 3: Defend the Earth, is now out on the apple app store. its universal (can use on iphone/ipad) and its FREE!!! its from paramount digital entertainment.
havn't played it yet. but looks like fun.
also the dark of the moon game is coming out from ea mobile on the 28th! can't wait to play that!

Thanks for the info. But I just checked my iphone and it won't turn on!!! I just plugged it into the electrical outlet and it still will not turn on. It was fully charged this morning. Luckily I have the insurance and warranty. Of all the lousy timing!

Phew! I checked the internet on my computer about this problem with my iphone 4. Got it going again. I had to reset it by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep button until it powers up. I realize I probably could've gotten a new one but there's too many stuff on this phone to replace. I'm just so relieved!

I just finished downloading the app!!! Just need to scan the poster now....

in the support website for the game- http://www.tf3ar.com/ it says it can run on the 3gs.. maybe need to do a hard restart or something.. not sure.

The thing that I realized while trying to scan a photo of the poster on the internet is that the poster shown on the app is different. Check the movie opening date! It says June 29 in 3D on the app version. So it's not scanning the old version that's on the internet. Or maybe you have scan the actual poster in person?

Trying looking at the app on your phone. At the instructions. Look at the bottom of the poster on the app. The big clue here is that the poster has to say "Transform this poster, Defend the Earth".

Just managed to scan a poster on the internet. Turns out you can scan a pic of the poster online. But it was real tricky and you have to get it just right. Did a search on youtube and found an asian guy did it. The game itself is a lot of fun. Just trying to get a hang of the game.

I'm glad you got it. Did you figure out how to control Optimus at the beginning when you first scan the poster? He seems to only shoot in one place. Doesn't seem to be able to move the gun at all. However the 360 view game is a lot of fun!

yup, he doesnt move, it didnt move on my friends device either. but yeah, the AR 360 game is alot of fun, kinda hard playing on an ipad 2 tho, cause of the weight & size, its easier on an iphone. fun game.
