Does anyone else thing there is extreme similarity between this and one of the types of TF hover drones? More specifically the one that changes directions over Sam and Epps?

Not really. It looks like the Tumbler without wheels. Same design language.

It's probably for tumbler effects like flying through the air but this time really high and the camer will only get a shot from above and the rest will be added later with CG or the tumbler could transform into some kind of hover vehicle indeed or plane... i think its just to let the audience think the tumbler can go really high and crash through things really high and the camera is gonna be at an angle where you wont see the bottom of it ofcourse.

Never said they did. I just see similarities. It reminds me of those things from Avatar. Doesn't mean I think they copied.

But because the Batwing crashed, the batpod accident, and the IMAX camera that was smashed on Dark Knight.. I think Nolan needs to get a grip on his crew.

The tumblers and "bat pod" seem like everyday prototypes. Who says the league of shadows didn't break into Wayne Enterprises and use the files to fight Batman with his own tech. What happened to the guy who wanted to blackmail Bruce in movie 2? Maybe he did it?

Yeah probably, to bad they dont surprise the batman fans with a special villain you wouldnt expect to see in the movies but i geuss they would leave Killer Croc till the end of the series because when people see Killer Croc mature people that are totally not into weird stuff will think "ohh come on! now it's just getting rediculous! a half-man half-crocodile thats like seeing the goat-man or a unicorn!" or something you know.. so that will cost them $$ and money probably but if they do it super-uber realistic then it will work garanteed i think.

And I'll spoil it for everyone that the certain villain will be no other than............. a young Ra's Al-Ghul played by Josh Pence. We might also see his sister Talia al-Ghul.

I searched for it on Youtube and all I could find was a couple of videos where Batman was fighting Bane at the city hall. If you mean Bane, then it wasn't exactly a big surprise that they revealed him, cause he's in the teaser trailer as well. But maybe you mean some other villain?

I was at Heinz Field last October on a Scout Trip and I think I was standing right where some of the field has been blown up! :borat I can't wait to see this scene in IMAX.

Damn.. Warner should check out this croc if they could use it in Batman 3 or 4 or at least study the build of this specimen for Killer Croc lol...
They could scoop out the organs, flesh and blood and put a man inside it or just skin it and make a suit out of it for the actor
