also read i think it was on seibertron that takara is making the toys, a human aliance soundwave with laserbeak, a deluxe one and a cyberverse one as well. it says alt mode is benz.. so they can name a benz soundwave but other benz has to be called Q?? all this makes no sense to me..

I don't think you can really expect him to answer that, after all the talk up till now about the possible alt modes for him and the speculation as to what was on set and hasn't yet been tied to another bot....

Soundwave was never a Military satellite in ROTF. He just attached himself to one. Soundwave himself was not even a satellite in the movie. He was just in his Aerial mode. If he himself was a satellite do you think he would have needed to attach himself to a satellite? And if you go back and look at him in ROTF when he attaches to the satellite, with the exception of Soundwave's outstretched wings, he really isnt all that big. So yes I can see him being the SLS in size. The SLS is the same size as Sideswipe and Mirage, I mean Dino lol

True, but you've got to admit his cybertronian, possibly triple-changing mode was still kind nifty.

We'll see what they've done to him in the film.
