The sound effect is a little different from the Transformers one, I wouldn't say they ripped it off, though. Anyway, MW3 looks pretty cool.

It's a similar sound, but only matters if you don't care about anything else. It's a new marketing campaign, like the Inception sounds that everyone seems to enjoy lately.
