What Mike said there is not exactly a code for "I don't wanna work with this guy anymore". That's just the way they communicate, it's not a big deal. You can just watch the making of the first two "Transformers" movies, and you'll see all of that on display.

I saw the episode with Patrick just now. No actual interview about the movie, but after a commercial, they show a brand new clip of DOTM where they are in that museum place that is supposed to be his office. Remember the very early shooting where Rosy is wearing a white dress and Shia was kicking that Datsun car outside the museum? It was at that location. It's a clip where there is a couple of really exotic cars and Patrick's trophy case. It includes him, Shia and Rosy. A scene where Shia meets Patrick for the first time and he seems a bit jealous of Patrick's flirting with Rosy.

There was nicknames being used and, Patrick said something like 'it was cause of you (Rosy) for my. Success' and Rosy says something like 'I'm just your assistant'.

It was a nice clip, hopefully I find it online soon.
