My take on this trailer:

OP is pissed the humans have been developing TF Tech, OP tells Sam that they are on their own now because they have advanced weapons because of TF tech. Autobots leave except for Bumblebee, we see him signal Prime to get back to Earth because its going terrible in Chicago, just like when the Vancouver Canucks beat the Hawks in game 7....

In the trailer Optimus says "You may lose your faith in us, but never in yourselves. From here, the fight will be your own." Seems like the Autobots are leaving for good.

prehaps, that is not as it seems, maybe this scene happens after the laserbeak part, and before the big chicago battle, and maybe it's just Optimus and the Autobots being kicked off the planet in THE MIDDLE of the movie, then the come back with Sentinel Prime,
