As for the last picture that was put up on Apple trailers, are we allowed to speculate on what we think of some things in it without having to post that it could be Spoilers in every post?
And this is why I hate having dial-up.

Of course. But weren't we referring to the newer one hypothetically being hosted at 2.2g's vs. the one you'll be encoding that will be smaller? Would the majority be able to tell? Unless I misread Ed, it's doubtful, no?Originally Posted by nelson

It has nothing to do with the building, Im not questioning its purpose. What I wanted to ask and well, I don't think it would hurt to ask. Maybe even you could answer this Nelson.
In the tv spots, some say they thought they seen 2 different types of Decepticon hover drones. The one like we all seen on set in Detroit that Sam and Carly are on and this other in the last picture. It is more loose and not as compact. Now having seen these less compact one a bit more clearer, they look like they could be the same as the one that Sam and Carly were on in Detroit. Are they the same drone types just that it has two modes, like a standard and combat mode? Also there looks to be 2 more, more slender flyers under the drone at the bottom right of the picture?
Yeah we're looking at a place just a couple miles away from my college. My college is like 15 miles from where I live now and the commute is a pain in the ass, especially in the winter time.
My college has some crappy-ass internet too. It's broadband, but it's horrible for downloading huge files. No trailer for me from there.

Yeah, I was definitely referring to the 2.2 GB encode vs. the 1.2 GB encode (or even perhaps the 800 MB encode). Unless you blew it up on to a 10 foot screen and stood 6 inches from it (not scientific, just to head that argument off) I doubt you could tell the difference in quality, especially when the trailer is in motion.Originally Posted by nelson
But the iTunes encode of the announcement trailer was really bad, although again, on a small enough screen, it would suffice.

yayy! I can't wait for the exclusive download! I think 1.2GB is sufficient enough. There really is no point of a file any bigger than that because majority of home pc's would have difficulty playing it anyways
Thanks Neslon!
