Power tools minibot team

I think this is a pretty cool concept. Since cassettes are obviously outdated, I think a set of cordless power tools would make an excellent minibot team. They would make excellent spies simply because no one would think twice about seeing a cordless drill, or sawzall in some secret facility....every building needs maintenance....

What do the masses think?

It could be a good concept but i was thinking more like Memery sticks,wireless mouse, pagers,Mobile phone and wireless modems.

Well, the cellphone's been done twice in the first movie, and a memory stick is really small....I just picture the memory stick getting eaten by a rat or picked up by a bird. It's still plausible though


I was just thinking that with power tools, you could use a circular saw, or reciprocating saw to transform into a mechanical eagle/hawk and call it "Buzzsaw". A demolition Hammer could be called "Rumble".......just haven't thought of one for Ravage yet

Thats a cool concept too,but i agree on technologywinning because of Soundwaves minions being intelligence operatives that collected his info.Laptop,Cell phone,and the vehicle's satellite tracking/stereo device equiped into the dash.thats so it can eject out of the dash.

Here's a scenario that keeps ties with the first movie

Sector seven has been disbanded, so naturally the government seizes all property and stores valuables at another top secret/ high security facility...

The decepticons find out the location, and decide to quietly infiltrate the facility. Coincidentally, some repairs/upgrade installation system are required at this facility. Contractors are hired to perform the task....
Soundwave disguises himself as the contractors' truck (loaded with power tools). The contractors take in their tools....setup a work area, and leave their tools overnight. When everyone leaves for the night, and only security guards remain. The tools transform and begin their operation. Buzzsaw transforms to a bird......flies over pressure sensitive floors and above security cameras, and takes out a couple of guards with his circular saw blades....Rumble transforms and uses his pile driver to break into something...

It didn't do the decepticon's any good in the first movie.......The autobot's beat the con's to Sam, and the allspark without having a transforming radio, cellphone, or laptop
