    Default Tin-Tin should be awesome.

Who thinks it might be the best animated movie of the year when it comes out this christmas? Peter Jackson and Spielberg are working together for the first time and using the amazing WETA studios for the motion capture animation.

I grew up with TinTin comics since i was a kid in the 80's even on HBO's animated series.

This is definitely a movie to watch out for. The first Spielberg movie after Indiana Jones 4. I'm sure that it would be a great adventure. I've never seen the comics but I have faith in Steven.

I remember watching an episode from the cartoon in French class a few months ago. I just can't believe that PJ and Steven Spielberg are working on this together! It's going to be awesome!

This should take motion capture animation on a new level like James Cameron did and better than Zemeckis despite he did good with Beowulf and Christmas Carol but Polar Express felt flat.

Edgar Wright is writer too, i forgot about that. He makes pure gold and this should be worthy of any of those filmmakers to prove Motion Capture can be done right.

Does anyone remember the TV show? the makers of Doug did it.

I hear this one will conquer the so-called dead-eye problem used in Mocap features? well Avatar and some parts of a Christmas Carol did including from the looks of the Rise of the Apes trailer but i have no problem with dead-eyes.

Looks better than ever even from the stills, i believe that uncanny valley has been defeated thanks to this movie's trailer/stills, Avatar, Rise of the Apes, Lord of the Rings and the game L.A. Noire.

I think Spielberg and Jackson aren't trying to replicate real life human beings, they are replicating cartoon/comic characters and even the Captain has emotions in his eyes.

Did anyone ever watched the TinTin cartoon on HBO 20 years ago? i did when i was 10 years old and it was my introduction to TinTin and even read his graphic novels.

I've been watching all the episodes on youtube to revisit my boyhood and what a fun and well done show that stays true to the comics.

Anyone glad WETA is behind this movie?
