yeah it became an internet sensation after "insiders" posted files about a supposed Alien exchange program, remember in close encounters of the 3rd kind? Right at the end after the aliens have landed and you see some people in red jump suits preparing to board the UFO and go back to the aliens home planet?.... well this file was about the same thing.

Aliens make themselves known to the elite rulers of the world, "they" start up an exchange program - their technology and a couple of dead aliens to study and in return they gave the aliens this planet to use as a base and then open and unlimited access to as many human, marine, plant and other life forms they wanted.

It now proven to be a hoax and a very well planned disinformation tool.

Remember when the US Air Force said there was no Roswell crash and that they never recovered any craft or bodies? Today they quietly confirmed that it did happen…and it’s not the first time. What should have been worldwide news has been professionally swept under the international media radar. One of the biggest mistakes that gave the "cover up" away are the photo cross hairs in the moon images... the cross hairs were cut into the glass on the camera meaning they always show up in front of the photos, some photos showed the cross hairs behind certain objects.

Another huge mistake made by Nasa was removing all the photo content from the dark area's of the Nasa photo's. If you look at the some of the images through Photoshop you can play with the settings and see some content in the dark area's, but Nasa have purposely removed the content in some images... why Nasa? what are you trying to hide?
