Possibly coincides with the Los Angeles Film Festival which is from June 16 - 26, 2011? I think both T1 & T2 premieres where during the Festival. Not sure about that, though.

I believe TF was premiered in Providence R.I, ...ROTF in Tokyo Jpn... DOTM my guess would be Chicago IL.

Yeah, I don't think I want to go all the way to Chicago. It's too far for my taste. Expensive as well. They probably will have another premiere in Westwood during the LA Film Festival and I plan to go to that one.

ROTF premiered in Japan.
In my opinion, the world premiere should be in......Chicago.

Chicago would be perfect for DOTM but what about Japan! I think both deserve the premier

Chicago is the perfect spot. This trilogy deserves to have at least one premiere in the USA.
As for Japan - I think they have more important things on their heads now.

Crap! If they have a red carpet premiere during the LA Film Festival, I won't be able to make it. My work place "blacked out" the days of the film festival. No vacations or requests off!My only option would be Chicago. If anybody knows if, when, and where in Chicago, please let me know ASAP, so that I can make arrangments to go.

I agree it will be in chicago, but it would be awesome to be right here in Salem Oregon! but thats not gonna happen, because its salem, even though it is the capital of oregon portland still is known as a better city, if it premiered in salem we would get bragging rights, but ya, wont happen, and way off topic!
