Winter is supposed to get crazy here as well. I live an hour North of Chicago, not looking forward to it, fall is already looking pretty weird here.

Fall here is incredibly sunny its really weird.. it only rained 3 times so far unlike other years we get lots of rain.. maybe still to come..?

Weather here is strangely very nice here, the leafs haven't fallen from the trees yet like other NORMAL years =/ well of course some but the trees are still full of them so its nice and sunny here but we get rain the day after tomorrow and it's been a long time since it rained here other years these days are one of the most wettest days of the year =/

Yeah it's mild here too.. its to warm, we should have had winter sports championships here in Austria and in Switzerland but there wasn't any snow yet, but now there is and we have some floods here as well and we got 0°C here now since last night just now.. =/ i looked at the plants in the garden and they are ready for a third blossoming =/ so even the plants and trees are like WTF?
I saw wasps doing their thing like two weeks ago this is reeeaallly late! and also the bumblebees worked overtime as well.. not good and the bee's i havent seen.. they are already dead probably..

Winter usually starts very early here in Washington State...last year it started snowing in November before Thanksgiving. Surprisingly, there hasn't been one shower of snow here in Seattle yet.

Thanks. No damage was caused by that quake (actually was magnitude 7.0) , it just surprised us in the new year's afternoon.

However, the epicenter was in the focal area of a possible Tokai, Tonankai, Nankai triplet earthquake. So, we can't be too careful about it.
