Default Please recommend nice TF toys from the movies.

Hey boys and girls! I've never been a fan of the TF toys (actually TF as a whole) but with Michael's movies I begun to feel an interest to them. I decided to buy some toys but there are tons of them. Can someone recommend me one of the best looking ones with a complex transformations and all? They have to be from the Bayverse.
For example are these any good?

your on the right track with leader optimus. also look into leader starscream, hunt for the deceptions bee, and even though they are under scale I'd recommend hunt for the deceptions ironhide and ROTF ice cream twins. ironhide has a better looking bot mode then any other one we've seen so far and the twins are a nice addition.

Definately Leader Optimus. Stay clear of Ultimate Bumblebee though, if you're wanting a big version of it probably best to wait for DOTM's leader class.

Not sure how far you want to get into collecting but the following toys are the pinacle of the Bay style designs for my money...

Buster Optimus Prime if you can find one
Ice scream version of Skids, and Mudflap
    Leader Starscream
    Human Alliance Skids
    Human Alliance Mudflap
    Longhaul
    Mixmaster
    Sidearm Sideswipe
    Jolt
    Deluxe Ironhide
    Leader Rotf Megatron
    Battle Blade Bumblebee
    Legends Devestator
    Human Alliance barricade
    Human Alliance Jazz
    Battle Blade Optimus Prime
    Bonecrusher
Arcee triplets lots don't like them but I think they're cool toys to display on the shelf.

I think anyone new to collecting picking up any of those will be a good introduction to see how much you like the toylines.

    Thanks for the suggestions guys.

fu2kimus_prime, this Buster Prime really looks awesome. Is it bigger than Leader Prime? And I guess it's more detailed than it, right? Do you guys know which transformation on those two is better (more complex)?

Sam, is this the Ironhide that you speak about?

    What about this one?

Or should I wait for the DOTM Ironhide?

Buster Optimus Prime is the exact same thing as leader Optimus Prime, except for a few details. He has extremely-accurate colors and paint applications to make him look like the CGI Optimus. Also, he lacks the mouth plate and his gas tanks on his back can combine together to form his ion cannon.

    Thanks!
I think I'll get Buster Prime. Also I really wanted a movie accurate Ironhide. Which one is the best.

The most movie accurate Ironhide is the hunt for the deceptions deluxe version.

However this version is very small and that bothers slot of fans, if that's the case with you then I'd recommend the first movies premium version.

How does it look at first glance compared with the previous?

Because you're a big Ironhide fan, I'd say wait for the DOTM one. It looks a whole lot better than the original.

Well it looks I'm getting my first TF toy at the age of 30. :lmao

I decided on Leader Prime and DOTM Voyager Ironhide.

Hmm with the new Sentinel Prime Leader toy I have a new desire for my first toy and I think I won't rush with buying Optimus Prime leader from ROTF. Maybe the one from DOTM will be better.
