Which is why I never even bother trying. Back in the days of yore, this site had an ask Michael Bay section where we could...well...asking him questions! He only answered like a couple. I remember asking ONE about 3-D, and of course he didn't answer it. So yeah, I was like "screw it."

We're just lucky enough he even has his own official website in which he actually posts on and communicates with the fans. Can you name any other director that does that?

First of all lets get through This installment of Transformers before speculating on 4. And if there is a 4 he's already said that he wouldn't be returning in a director capacity. But then Michael has been known to change his mind before.

As for the animation, they have been done by various VFX companies, namely ILM and Digital Domain. The best people to ask how the transformers were animated would be a CG modeler and an animator. There are plenty of sites for CG and VFX that have many articles and basic tutorials on both, as well as links to various schools.

Dear Mr. Bay,

If you do get a chance to read this or wind this was written. A little while back you offered a "reward" for locating Skids and Mudflap in the Dark of the Moon currently in theatres. In the scene in the where the Autobots drive into the DSHS building and are returning from the black ops in Russia, in the very back you can see two chevy cars resembling the trax and beet with stripes to match the color of the two funny buddies. I am not interested in the reward but more interested in the information on why those two cars were in that scene if they were not infact autobots? The movie was mind blowing and a great end to the trilogy! I have been a fan ever since my childhood. Keep doing what you are doing!
