the white Chopper you seen in Florida was one of these... its the Russian MI-6. Its an older chopper so if you see one of these in Florida, there is a good chance it was used for a 1960's Russian scene or it is the rumored Transformer that the Russians may have and it has never updated its form and is still flying around as this MI-6. Keep in mind that Ukraine was still part of the Soviet Union back then.

if it is a more modern model, it can also be the MI-26... its an upgraded version of the older MI-6

The scenes of Ukraine were really shot in Gary Indiana in the U.S.

They have Mi-6 Hooks in Indiana? Naaahhhh... really? Or is it all CGI? I mean it doesn´t matter to me really since I assume it will look convincing, but I find it increasingly entertaining they no longer have to go anywhere to shoot something making it look as if they´ve actually been there... I mean the Pripyat Chernobyl stills look amazing.

Thanks man! I didn't know about the use of spaceships since it's been what seems a lifetime ago I last read a Transformers comic book or saw the cartoons.
Now I least know that Bay hasn't gone "Star Wars" on this one!
No doubt the movie will kick every other movies butt at the box office next summer!

The pics i posted up are not stills from the movie. The one with Lazerbeak is as we seen it in the trailer but the other two are not movie stills... i posted them to prove that the Lazerbeak still was meant to be in Ukraine around the Chernobyl site as the same Ferris wheel and bumper cars are shown in that part of the trailer... not to mention, the snow on the ground lol As for the Mi-6 or more modern Mi-26... it was a real chopper that was seen in Florida while Bay was filming there.

ok so with all these ships and hover drones we have to look back to the ark. the ark will be a very important part of DOTM from what we've seen. The announcement pieces for the trilogy have all shown us and hinted to a part of the story. Movie one we got the mars rover which was used in the movie. The ark is a lot of cgi to just go to waste. the title even tells us it has something to do with it. in the teaser the astronauts o on the dark side of the moon and find the ark. if it wasnt very very important. with all the ships shown just in Chicago the bots will need some of there own. The ark isn't just gunna sit there most likely it will come to earth. We know that the autobots are powerful but there is no way they can go through that many cons like a game of Nazi zombies. on the ark we saw the new bots. Sentinel in the chair, the reddish tint bot who is the Ferrari, ultra Magnus the undusted head, and some medium sized bots that look like they will be the wreckers. the only one we haven't seen is wheeljack. so all I'm saying is that the ark has to be important or it wouldn't have been shown to us like it did.

yeah that is really awesome.... as much as i am waiting anxiously for this third installment to be released, I am dissapoint too that this sequel is going to end with the release of Dark Moon, wish there were few more because i loved the two.... may be little complains, But Hey, you can't satisfy everyone in this world.....Great job Micheal Bay!

Just because the rumor is flying around that this is the last TFs does not mean it is. Yes it could get a reboot at some point but I dont think that time will be any time soon. Paramount and Hasbro are making a killing of these movies and everything else that comes with them. I can see a 2nd trilogy being created a few years down the line. I could see the 2nd trilogy being more of their version of G-2.

The quicktime version that you downloaded from the first site page can easily be converted to mp4. Play the file in quicktime then select "files" - "export" and choose "export movie to mpeg4" from the drop down menu. That's it.

The Autobots better get a whole shit load of help or the hand of Primus better extend from the heavens above to smack down the Con ships because there is no way even Optimus in all his bad assness will fight off all these ships full of Cons. In this shot alone there are 8 and im sure there are even more than this. I pointed them all out. One is out of the shot but you can still see the dangly things that are on its underbelly.

I have also added a better shot of the downed Brawl look alike that Prime takes down on his tazmanian spin of death.
