Ok, but look at the arm and head of whoever that is raising his arm just before that guy jumps out, its not the same "helmet" its sloped back and smooth, the guy jumping out has a Tron-like helmet on. It looks like a TF to me...

First and fore most excellent teaser clip. It really shows how dark this movie will be. Music and sounds really fit the trailer. The combination of slow motion and regular speed really add to the impact of the trailer. I can see a lot of emotions coming from the characters in this one both the bots and humans.

The aerial armada scene to me poses many large plot questions. The magnitude of the onslaught makes me question how will the A-bots and humans overcome this much adversity. Probably the biggest questions will be what draws them both to earth and specifically to Chicago. Judging by the possible order of events, it would seem to Shockwave onslaught starts before Sam and the gang arrive in Chicago. So what are they after is probably already here. Assuming Sam is bringing some type of new weapon or "key" to even the odds, it really poses the question is Chicago built on some ancient Cybertronian weapon. The presence of the drill bot really adds to that thought. The bots in DOTM really have a organic/animal feel to them. Take a look at the drill bot, laserbeak, and even the gold bot in first trailer they have a humanoid/ animal touch to them.

Did anyone see how Optimus knives that Con and then turns around with the Con on its sword and slams it down infront of the camera. 00.24 sec till 00.25 just go trough it frame by frame ...its so awesome .

Btw when Optimus flies in to battle its much further when the action is when he lands because that bot lying on the floor (brown Con) is the fallen Brawl tank. And Long Haul isnt in the flying shot but he is standing between those buildings when Optimus is on the ground.

You raise some interesting points here. the one question i have is when are the Autobots going to get some backup? it seems to me that in each and every movie the Auto's are getting smaller in numbers and the "Cons" are gaining in numbers now i know everyone wants to see and here and have interaction with the "auto's" however i would like to see an armada of Auto's coming in at the end with the Gold Bot at the Helm.

The battle in the Super bowl Spot looks like a Pyhrric Victory.

However i think that the cons show up 1/2 way through the movie. We cannot discount that Sam is the Key to something now that he Possesses the Powers from the Allspark. I mean he knows there past he knows what to do in certain situations he may not know what is going on......

As for Chicago there has to be some significance to that city. I mean as far as TF2 went The fallen came to our planet to make a new all spark after his was dieing and i would think that the "Leaders"/ First generation would know what happened on earth.
and now that Sam has the power of the Allspark. he is definitely the key to something...

sorry but that is 100% not a TF on the left of the shot is the hydraulic arm for the back of the ospray and the guy u see behind the one jumping off is being jolted about.

I donno, he's the only one that looks CGI. The forearm is blocky, the fingers look blocky, the head is smooth with some crisp lines......

it looked to me like the Guy whose still in the Osprey pushed the other out and was attempting to go out him self when he was knocked off his feet... I agree with who ever said that it was not a TF. But More Importantly where are those ships that we saw in the other screen, i mean i see a ton of damage and nothing that caused it, then i see an osprey taking a hit and going down?

When your invading you spread your troops out and your ships so it takes more firepower spread out along a large front to kill you or cause you harm, I.E. D-Day. However in this situation it looks as if they have already established a foothold just outside of the city or they are hiding in the streets below. I mean we know that those transports are there due to the sheer magnitude of damage that is present. However again it simply puzzles me that we don't see any of the Invaders or their ships which are massive flying around. And secondly if we did their technology is eons ahead of ours which makes us more likely to lose in a Full on battle between a F-15 and an alien Ship....

this makes me wonder what part that Dylan could play? Maybe he is a Defense contractor whom discovered something and turned it into a weapon deep under Chicago... i mean the First successful controllable Nuclear reaction was accomplished under the University of Chicago Football field in 1942.... who knows though...

Sounds good to me. The trailer really gives the impression that the fight has been going on a while and Optimus is only just turning up and forgive the cheese, but, he turns the tide!
