Having just found a vid on Youtube with it...... It's different... definitely a different tone to this one.
any word on when the video &/or song will be released?

They will change the song up a bit. so adding drums, guitar etc.. to make it more of a fit!![]()
'The Humans Are Working With The Decepticons'
the lyrics are intriguing as well..
When you were standing in the wake of devastation
when you were waiting on the edge of the unknown
with the cataclysm raining down, insides crying save me now
you were there and possibly alone.
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation
you build up hope, but failure's all you've known
remember all the sadness and frustration
and let it go, let it go.
And in the burst of light that blinded every angel
as if the sky had blown the heavens into stars
you felt the gravity of temper grace falling into empty space
no one there to catch you in their arms
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation
you build up hope, but failure's all you've known
remember all the sadness and frustration
and let it go, let it go.
(Multiple Voices)
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation
you build up hope, but failure's all you've known
remember all the sadness and frustration
and let it go,
let it go
let it go
let it go
let it go
Do you feel cold and lost in desperation
you build up hope, but failure's all you've known
remember all the sadness and frustration
and let it go, let it go.

I like the new tone too. Its not much of a change but enough to better fit the tone of the movie I guess. I really could see this track play right at the end of the movie as the camera pans away from Chicago to show as they say in the song from the beginning "You were standing in the wake of devastation..." lol
They should've picked Def Leppard's new song "Undefeated". That would've fit perfectly. Not so sure I like this song by LP.
also i cant wait to see how they incorperate the song into the score like they did with ROTF
So, they're remaking the song into more like New Divide. I'm interested, hope we see an awesome music video, just like New Divide.
I'm guessing May/June for it's release-
If this music does in fact help set the tone of the movie, I think this could be really awesome. The somberness of the piano in the beginning, combined with the lyrics, portray a very bleak world, and would certainly fit in the aftermath of a full blown invasion, which seems to be hinted at if not completely confirmed from the previews. I could see this played over scenes of people trying to pick up the pieces of their lives (if they even have the opportunity); the "choir" helps with this. Then once it picks up, the energy of the song I think is suggestive of a person/people overcoming this situation (probably in the form of a massive battle for this movie).
And hopefully everyone can take this in the spirit it's intended, but it also kinda fits with the emotional arc I've had after experiencing/witnessing/following any of the number of major world disasters that have occurred in the last 15 years that I've been able to actually "comprehend" (or even my own personal "disasters"); obviously the ongoing disaster in Japan being the most recent example. Again I don't mean to insult the gravity of the situation in Japan or anywhere else by comparing it to a movie, but these are just my initial thoughts of this song, having heard it now with the movie in mind.
When I first heard the song when I bought the album, I thought it was pretty good. I think that if used in the correct way here for this movie, it could become pretty great.

Sorry, but I don't feel it...
english is not my native language - but who cares?
I prefer that remix than the original, but is that one the actual song appearing in the film?
I think it can be even better!
I can feel this song and see how it would fit into this movie but there is another song from LP on the same cd that would have made for a good song too and its harder tone, song title and lyrics would have been great for this movie too. And that song is Blackout. This would make for a good song for a bot who is hiding a dark secret or for maybe the one who betrays the Autobots.

Maybe the lyrics fit the movie as the movie is told to be darker than the first two movies, but I still think the melody of the song sucks. And specially Chester Bennington's singing! He doesn't even use half of the voice that he's got. He just sings softly through the whole song!
After listening to the whole album, it's clear that LP has totally changed direction with their music. Luckily I was able to listen to it for free and saved some money for not buying it first. Clearly their worst album so far...
Too bad they didn't make a totally new single for TF3 with the style from their first two albums...
I think the song "Dreamshaker by redcoats" would be a fitting song for TF3, if any1 else has heard this song, do u agree?
