just because there are toys on that list and that we have seen for the DOTM toy line... that does not in any way mean they are in the movie. These leaked toys we are seeing is nothing different from the leaked toy images we seen for ROTF. The toy images are not ruining a thing about the movie. The only toy and info that I can honestly say that we have seen so far that gave anything away is the Megs toy and the name of Sentinel Prime on the toy list.

Like Shadow said, just because there are leaked images of toys, it doesn't mean it'll be in the film. And if you're really cautious about spoilers...this forum is only going to release more.

I agree. As much as I think the Dreads look a lot better all painted up, im still not happy with them and the new Deluxe Starscream isnt looking to good either. I really hope after this line flops, Hasbro will get rid of the stupid gimmick and do a new better line like they did with ROTF and HFTD after.

Impossible to judge anything when it's as mistransformed as deluxe Starscream is. Looks like it has potential to be a very fun little deluxe though. We've just been spoiled with the excellent leader version I think they should've waited a few waves to release this. No doubt kids will go mad for a Starscream toy they can afford though.

The Dread looks awesome to me though, no complaints whatsoever about him. This line does look set to deliver some great deluxe figures at the very least.
Fans seem to be getting caught up in arguing over Mechtech but the engineering of the actual figures seems just as good as ever to my eyes.

Jeez did somebody mistransform the living hell out of that Starscream or did Hasbro REALLY drop the ball on that one?

Oh btw Shadow, the line isn't gonna flop. Maybe with collectors, but mom's are still gonna be buying this stuff for their kids and kids are gonna go nuts over them no matter what.

yeah I know the little ones and moms will still buy them and in that sense it wont flop but for all the collectors or for those of us like myself that wanted some of the new toys like the Wreckers... im not sure if ill be buying them now. I really wish they would have stayed true to the movie and tried to make the toys look as realistic as the bots in the movie. I know its a bit of a nitpick but for me at least, I think its the whole gimmick of this line thats throwing me off. I would rather have seen Ironhide with his real cannons or at least give you the option to switch them for the giant cannon thing... you know have them all in the package. So if you didnt want the mechtech gimmick cannon you could have him with his real ones.

Ok... I just wanted to give out a big *SIGH* of happiness because I was starting to worry that the stupid little HA helicopter bot that we have seen was the same Autobot helicopter that was on the toy list. I was told that all the legends and HA toys are on a list of their own and I should have thought to look better at the toy list here in this thread. The Autobot helicopter toy on that list is a Voyager. So im looking forward to see who it is. Here's hoping for a new sweet looking Springer or Sandstorm.

The custom made Cliffjumper you mean?
I don't know Albershide, I don't think Cliffjumper will make an appearance on DOTM.

I heard that Cliff was suppose to be on the first movie but got removed just for the sake of not needing a Bumblebee repaint. Only Nelson can confirm that matter (or Bay).

I know many people do not consider IDW movie comics to be canon, but by looking at them so extensively, I know for a fact that they are indeed canon. The stories fit so well and they explain things happened in the movies brilliantly. After reading a tie-in book, when I watch a movie I see the plot very differently and knowing exactly why, what, when, where, who about each and every scene on both movies.

What I’m trying to say is… they (comics) killed off Cliffjumper (in Reign of Starscream). It happened for a reason. I heard that IDW took permission to kill him off. They (not sure who, must be a Hasbro + Paramount combination) gave IDW the “Go” to kill Cliffjumper because he will not be appearing on screen again (wasn’t there in the first place, got cut). His role of the movie went to Transformers: Prime instead (But he quickly died there too).

Transformers (2007) test shots showed Cliff as Bumblebee repaint (Chevy Camaro mode). Even the IDW comic (Transformers Destiny: Defiance) showed him as a Bumblebee repaint (Cybertronian mode). Subsequent toys showed him that way too. Cliffjumper was always an excuse of Hasbro to make a red version of whatever the Bumblebee version of that show/game/comic/movie. The only time it changed, on my knowledge is Transformers: Prime.

That’s my take on Cliffjumper of the Bay Movie Continuity.

You may be right. I avoid to compare the Bayverse with the comics and the novel books. I think that when the writers think of a story about the movie they don't take in mind all the different continuities of the franchise. I may be wrong but I even think that Michael has never heard anything about most of the comics and books.

Someone found these over at TFW 2005.

I think these are looking vey nice, and I'm coming around to Mechtech. Starscream looks particularly nice transformed properly, and the Dread is my favourite of the new toys we've seen so far.
