You could be sued. It's called Cyber Squatting.

To be honest for the first time I heard about cybersquatting.
Definition on wikipedia is:
"Cybersquatting (also known as domain squatting), according to the United States federal law known as the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, is registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name with bad faith intent"

Am I doing this in bad faith?
I am not selling trademarked names and my main reason
that i'm doing this, is because i'd like to help somehow to people
especially these with cancer.
As you noticed 80% of the final price on this auction i will give for cancer.org organization.
I don't need to have any profit of this, i just want to help with any amount
but this 20% it must be enough to cover my registration and auction cost.
Your $35 is not quite enough as i have paid $30 but thanks.
Anyway if you think that this is still illegal and you send me any proof I will remove the auction.

Under United States Code, Title 15, 1125 (c) Dilution by blurring; dilution by tarnishment and (d) Cyberpiracy prevention, you would face opposition from Bay's representatives as michaebay.co which you propose to sell closely resembles this site, which is an official site and possible trademark.

So, I would recommend against your idea.
