Maybach 62S Landaulet - agent Simmons car in TF3?

Hi guys!

Remember this video with the Ferrari and Sideswipe in a back alley?

First we see Sam and Carly leaving the building followed by agent Simmons and the character of Alan Tudyk holding two suitcases. After that the two autobots arrive. In the foreground you can clearly see a white Maybach 62S Landaulet. First I thought it is just a random car but now there is a new video from the highway shoot where this vehicle is also spoted (35-th second).

I don't believe it could be a transformer because the car was already parked in front of the building where Sideswipe and the Ferrai arrived. More it looks like agent Simmons and his associate came with it.
By the look of the car I guess this is some kind of humor from Michael Bay.
If someone knows something please post.
