Here's hoping she will be up and around soon.
Also, the fact TF3 is still being allowed to film must also mean something about whether they were at fault for the accident or not. I wonder when they will release the report.

I wonder how she is doing. I hope she is recovering well.
They call me Ratchet Girl for a reason. Sometimes Skids girl.
Yeah, I'm a girl...SO FREAKING WHAT????
http://www.youtube.com/user/Taybrian1 I'm a Youtube star! (Not really, I just get bored.)
If she got sliced in the head she probably will lose some abilities dont ya think, it'll take years for her to be "recovered" or they will never "recover."
i wouldn't be so sure...
there's a motoring show over here in the UK which had one of it's presenters suffering a severe head trauma after crashing a rocket powered Dragster (IIRC he was doing about 300mph when the front right tire blew with only .4 of a second (I believe) between it starting to blow and exploding). for a looong time it was feared that he'd suffer irrepairable damage to his brain.
But he was back when the show restarted a few months later with only a new found love for either Broccoli or cauliflower.
i wouldn't count the poor woman out just yet... if at all.

Yeah i knwo who your talkin about your talkin about Richard Hammond from TopGear.
But he drives cars with rollcages in it, thats teh difference but ok.
he may have had a rollcage and a helmet.... but neither helped him at all...
all i was trying to say is that until we are told how she is, i wouldn't try and speculate on how her recovery may or may not go.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the family is suing Paramount only, Bay is not a defendant at the moment.
Also, tthe suit says "brain damage" not "permanent brain damage." She may still make a complete recovery.

The Transformers 3 person who was injured is going to sue paramount and dreamworks for $50,000!!:wtf
http://www.tmz.com/2010/10/05/transf...ks-negligence/
$50000 ain't bad, but why sue? they already apologized and provided funds for her medical expense. im glad its some crazy amount she suing for.
There are always possibilities for out of court settlement.
ya know i hope she makes a full recovery, and that paramount takes care of her, but if paramounts willing to care for her pay her bills and what not, why does she have to sue right this second! I could see if there is gonna be permenant brain damage, that she sue, but really this sounds like her family is just greddy as hell! They probaly figure that paramount will just settle asap!
