I'm glad the woman is fine but i'm sure the so-called brain injuries aren't forever.
$350,000... then we beter start saving money to buy TF3 DVD's and Blu-Ray's and special editions dubble for family and friends ;D that way we help Paramount get their loses back and we all chipped in a little for her.
Ofcourse we could open a Paypal account, all send money to it and Nelson could tranfer the money to her bankaccount, but then again now she's gettin 350000 so really doesnt matter anymore.

"You know why the departures and the arrivals at LAX are on separate levels? So the 30,000 heartbreakers that come here each month don't notice the 30,000 that are leaving with their hearts broken."
Well that means that the studio and paries involved are innocent of negligence. But wont Paramount compensate Gabriella in some way? After all they were responsible for the exras on set and the incident occurred because of them.
TMZ is reporting that Transformers 3 has been cleared in the accident that occurred in Hammond, Indiana. The accident led to a significant head injury to extra Gabriela Cedillo. Sadly they also reveal she is paralyzed on left side of her body. No details beyond that nor an update on the lawsuit which will probably take a while to get sorted out.
My best wishes but her times are difficult indeed .... tragedy ....(
Having open Brain surgery is not necessarily a bad thing depending on what has actually happened. If her brain was swollen the could just be relieving pressure and I think it is a fairly straightforward procedure. Using the word "Brain Surgery" in the tag-line is more about marketing then telling the public what is going on.

A lot of money but you can never undo the permanent brain damage.
