Well, let me tell ye, he came back a changed man... Or bot.
Yes, the journey was long, difficult, disturbing, and many other overused clichés. But let me tell ya, savvy, for him it was a sea worth sailing. Many YouTube clips were gazed upon, much laughter was had. Many pages were bookmarked, and revisited again.
But something wasn't right for this bot... Oh no, something was missin', ye see. A webpage buried deep within the constructs of the very World Wide Web itself, a place that he had once known... But had chose to forget.
So with all the might Google could muster, this bot searched, but this time for the thing he had left in the first place. It took a long time, some might say longer than needed. Aye, this search took 0.024 seconds to complete, ye see. Ah yes, the wait was murderous, and after looking through the links (Someone suggested Bing for that problem. He don't need no fancy new engine though!), he found the one he was lookin' for.
He clicked.
He waited.
He saw.
But this wasn't the forum he remembered. Something was different. The layout, or the users, or maybe the bot himself was so changed that he couldn't bring himself to remember this place.
He clicked the subforms, and lo and behold, the almighty randomz thread, glistening like gold. He clicked again, and there it was. Just like he remembered it.
A tear came to his eye, a single tear.
He logged in, his account still intact, and quickly flew back to the thread, and all was one again. All was well.
Aye, that be the tale of one ordinary forum user, and through getting lost, was found again. How he came home, how he returned to the scene of the crime. The original crime.
Let this be a reminder to ye all, things have a way of coming back to ye.
You read this in a pirate voice.
