Who gives a buttplug about TF haters, i grew up with TFs since 1984 at age 3 and these movies espcially 1986's animated movie delivered.

Maybe it's not so much a hate for Transformers but hate for Mr. Bay. I never heard anything negative about Transformers until 2006 when Pics of the first movie where leaked. Suddenly almost every site I went on had the same comments "Damn you Michael bay," "Michael Bay Raped my Childhood," You know shit like that. And even today from what I've read most of the B.S. is about the "Bayverse" Transformers. As far as I'm concerned, these people need to grow up and move one. You don't like it, don't watch it. You won't see it in the theater, fine. I'm more than happy to take your seat.

Well said, MrX. I chalk it all up to basic human psychology. Some people feel empowered by being negative. (See: Rush Limbaugh, et al) I just figure most internet haters, of all varieties, are trying to empower themselves through snarkiness, and I ignore them!

Well, on the flip side, there are those that just love everything just because.

Don't get me wrong, I've been a huge fan of Bay since day 1, but seriously, Revenge of the Fallen was a trainwreck of a film. Looked fucking beautiful and extremely well made, but non the less a really pretty trainwreck. Even Bay admitted they dropped the ball on this one. Perhaps you can blame the writers' strike, but you gotta admit that much of the film makes no sense and has more holes than a block of swiss. Some clever editing salvaged much of it, but if you pay attention you see it.

It's definitely a love/hate relationship for me and these TF movies.

Thank you Jester. Could not of said it better myself! Thats why you have the haters. THe first movie was good. Great? No but really good! TF2 just like Jester said was a mess. Its not really Bays fault but he is the director and he took the shots. He along with the others is promising a better story. I will give it a chance.

And you can go look at all the TF forums and you will see long time people not liking the way TF2 came out. And fair weather? I still remember going into the local 24 store and getting the 1st issue of TF off the rack. The FIRST issue back in 84. Thats how long ago. Im just going to echo Jester since he said what I feel.

Because as much as people might dislike it, they are entitled to their opinion, no matter how ignorant and stupid it may actually be. And we are entitled to see that opinion through one ear and out the other as well...

On that note, I find trolls amusing, because they try too hard to make people mad. Then you get to sit there and LOL at them for their failed attempt to make you angry.

I've seen a lot of people diss Mike. I just shrug and move on. More important things to do then "FEED THE TROLLS". I enjoy his movies and so I will continue to watch them. That's all that matters to me

Oh and FYI, I got a huge kick out of that whole Megan Fox affair back in the day. That girl needs to learn to troll better :-p I suggest she go post on IMDB forums for a few months. That should get her into top shape :-p
