I saw Dune (1984) when i was 4 on video back in 1985 and blew me away, i also enjoyed the 2000 Mini-series that was on Sci-fi Channel along with it's sequel "Children of Dune". But i discovered the books when i was in high school and i became a Dune addict since then.

I can't wait for the new big budget "Dune" movie coming out 2012.
