Storms!
yesterday afternoon we had the biggest storm ever!

ok so i had yesterday off cause i had this really bad cold!
all over the news and stuff it was telling people to get ready for this
really big storm that was coming!
when we picked my little brother up from skwl we saw some lightning
and the sky was getting dark.
when we picked up my olderbrother we heard thunder!
i love thunderstroms so i was excited!
when we got home the sky was really dark and we heard thunder in the
distance. My dads fat cat was spooked but my kitten was lying around on
the floor like usual!
when it started raining it rained hard!
my little brother said it was best if we all went into the bathroom!
so i picked up Cassie and before we went in it started hailing!
hailstones the size of golfballs hit the windows and the roof.
Jess (fat cat) started panting and ran into the cupboard.
Cassie ran under my mums bed.
the storm got closer and closer until it was all around us!
it was the worst storm iv ever seen!
i hid in the cupboard with Jess cause Cassie wouldnt come out.
mum ran into the kitchen and got us some food cause it had been going
on for over 40 minutes and we were getting hungry!
i sat with the cat, Josh (older brother) was on his laptop, Sam (little bro) had fallen asleep crying!
i found one of dads old books and it turned out it was the Case Book of Sherlock Holmes!
so i read that!
10 minutes later it quietened down so we went out of the room.
we caould see more dark clouds coming and the cats were still spooked!
i got a text from Odette saying one of her windows was smashed, the bathroom was flooded and her
computer was soaked.
the next part of the storm came 10 minutes later and it was as bad or worse than the first part!
lots of thunder and lightning, hail and rain!
around 7 oclock my dad came over cause the power at his place went out and he brought cake!
the storm was over around 7:20 so mum made some dinner and the sky was a brilliant orange!
small bits of thunder could be heard in the distance but it was finnaly over!
i got a text for Odette saying to watch the news and our skwl was distroyed!
so we have a day off 2 day!
im going over 2 Odettes place in like 20 minutes to help cleaning!
there are more storms forecasted for 2 night!
omg!
this feels like a dream!
bushes and rubbish allover the road and people walking around in wet clothes looking confused as the sky was painted bright orange!
scariest night of my life!
