Dear Michael bay,
May you please tell me when you are going to start filming transformers 3? i am sooo excited! thank you michael bay, for making such great transformers movies! And is the casting call for extras on tformers 3 posted on the internet real? and also, when do you think the first teaser trailer for transformers 3 will come out? THANK YOU!

My name is Madison. I am a huge fan of your work. I was recently watching transformers behind the scenes features, and you put so much work into the movie along with the rest of the cast/crew. I think it's sooo cool how you made the movie by doing a lot of REAL action. It looks like a lot of work, and you did a GREAT job! I think the the robots (especially optimus prime bumblebee, starscream, and megatron) looked real! And i liked how they had light reflecting off of them in the scenes as if they were really there! Just watching the behind the scenes footage, and all that kind of stuff, inspired me to be an actress, and i really hope I get to work with a director as good as you in the future! It's really cool! I saw tformers (your 2007 production) for the first time last year, at school. It was at the end of the year, before summer and they allowed us to vote on a movie. everyone picked transformers! they all were like "please let us watch transformers" and my english teacher was like "yeah. i want to see transformers" and she wrote it down on the paper. Then we saw it. I just really loved it! i fell in love with shia labeouf but not only that, I just LOVED the movie. I think it is the best movie ever! Then i found out u were making a tformers 2 and i was like, me and my whole cheerleading squad were sooo excited! and now i cant wait for tformers 3. I would faint if i met you or shia labeouf out of excitement! Im sorry if this is kinda long, but i am just really a true fan! and i didnt even grow up with the cartoon. im just a teenager girl!

Sometimes he replies to posts but on very rare occasions. Most of his posts are new threads he starts to tell us news about the movie production.

But in all seriousness, if you keep asking him to reply to your messages then there's a good chance he won't. My biggest fear is that he might take you as some kind of person begging for attention, which I am NOT accusing you of, by the way!!!

But yeah, the man's got a lot of work to do to make what might be the best in the Transformers series (at least that's what I'm hoping!). And filming is beginning sometime in May. Stay tuned!

thats true, but i really do admire his work. i dont want attention, i just want him to read my message so he knows how big of a fan i am! i really think he did an unbelievable AMAZING job on tformers 1 and 2. i really really like it a whole lot, and I am a fan of him! i love his work. and thanks for telling me its in may! do you know when the teaser trailer is expected to come out? During the summer, during filming? or like, after filming?

I don't want to speak for him, but he doesn't prowl around on here too often. He posts and is gone. The vast majority of us here on this forum are here to talk about Bay, his movies and things like Tfs; and to talk to each other. There is not one of us here who probably wouldn't be thrilled to meet Bay, but we don't come here expecting it. :-)

I couldn't read it and I have glasses on. I mean, I might be able to read it if I move my eyes an inch away from the monitor...

Anyways, welcome to the forums, Madison. I realize coming to a forum where a famous person you like posts is a very exciting thing, but sometimes it's just better to jump in with the crowd and blend in with the rest of the hoodlums. Mr Bay is a very busy man and he doesn't post much on here, so your odds of getting a response are low to begin with, but adding any variation of "Michael Bay OMG Plz Read" will turn your chances to near or at zero percent. So why not just come hang out with the rest of us fans and get to know us. I mean hey, Michael may never respond to a post of yours, but at least you can meet some cool people and make some new friends

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to continue watching for AC parts in "The Island." Should be pretty easy from here on out, since I remembered who he played, despite not having seen this movie since 2008 (my memory is usually very terrible, yet I remembered Alex...I was surprised to say the least when I realized I was right...he certainly has stuck in my mind, even though I never knew his name until about two weeks ago, lol). Laters!

I have been here for a long time now. Not as long as some but in my time here I have never seen Bay get on and respond to anyone directly. He will, like other said, jump on and back off. Just long enough to see what the fans are talking about and to give us some updates on his work but thats the extent of it. Correction... he has gotten on at times to say yes or no on rumors.

I didnt see anyone say anything rude at all.. just explaining to you what to expect.
