I've had Sinusitis before, don't know if that is what you have, but mine was from being hyperallergenic.

I started getting drainage in my throat and my lymph node swelled back up (it's why I have been avoiding here the last week or two). I started taking cold medicine and drinking apple juice everyday and my lymph node has gone down rather nicely (it's still a little swollen, but my chest thing is still around...I've had that on and off since November...prolly won't totally get rid of it until warmer weather hits). Heck yesterday I forgot to bring my meds with me to work and my throat was bothering me, so I got some apple juice and that did the trick by itself. Vitamin C for the win?

Now if I could just get my knee to stop bothering me. It kept me awake this morning. Medicine is barely helping. I can take three Tylenol or three ibuprofen and it still bothers me. Thought it got better after one great weekend and then it started bothering me again this weekend. Did not do anything but stand on it that I remember to cause this. Very irritating. >_>
