Now that's remarkable and Bay should be proud of his movie.

    Your thoughts?

thats awesome. i just kinda knew it was a fan favorite considering how many people actually went to watch it. again, with the haters, its known that if someone has a bad experience they will share it with 3 other people, but if someone loves it, they will share it with 1. a 3:1 ratio (same goes for the retail business of how consumers are satisfied with shopping experience). so thats why there is soo much bashing on forums because they have the urge to bash the movie and insult those who like it (*ahem ebrt) and yet those who loved it passively absorb those critiques and go watch the movie. haters and critics were brushed under the carpet. no one cares. they should just stop trying. if someone likes a movie, they like it. they will watch it. multiple times. one opinion will not stop the masses from watching a movie they love.

keep it up Mr. Bay. cant wait for #3! and happy new year! make sure u keep us posted frequently.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

And Michael Bay was obviously right - "I think they reviewed the wrong movie. Critics just don't understand the movie and its audience. It's silly fun. I am convinced that they are born with the anti-fun gene."

TF1 and ROTF are still my all time favorite. Every time I hear the songs "Before It's Too Late" and "Let It Go" they make me smile, and remind me of pleasant memories over the last two years.

Well said Sora...well said. They are my all time faves too. Truth be told I nearly cried as Prime introduced the Autobots to Sam in TF1. Sounds weird but it did something to me. Like set that 11 year old kid in me free. When Prime fell in ROTF I recall the shock I felt 23 years ago when Prime's blue eyes flickered, turned his head, and he turned gray. Those two movies have touched me like no other movies have in my 36 years of existence.

My guess is, they had to choose from the "Top 10 most successful films of all time ( domestically )" - http://www.boxofficemojo.com/alltime/domestic.htm

Same here. Since it made me remember the fun of moviegoing, those two have got a special place in my heart.

And thankfully, they brought Prime back to life this time round.

I agree with u big tee when i watched the 1st time when optimus appeared and transformed with the other TF'S i actually did cry it brings back wonderful memories of my childhood fantasies of the TF'S and i also was absolutely horrified when optimus died the 1st time and i felt exactly the same this time around when he died in ROTF lol! And i'm definetly happy that they revived him hahaha he's to valuable to lose hahaha!!!

This just goes to show that transformers is indeed one of the most wonderful movies ever to be created and i thank michael bay 4 persuing to make these movies even though alot of people were adamant that he would cause great damage the movies but he knew it would have been a success now just like it was 25 yrs ago. I'm glad that alot of people including all the members on this wonderful site supported the movies and michael bay.
And i do believe as a collective we made it work out for him and us the fans when you genuinely believe in something and your passionate about it no matter what it will have a 100% succesive result xo
