Awake. And liked it![]()

Maniac (1980) on Blu-Ray: looks and sounds amazing in high-def, this is a gruesome and infamous horror movie that is controversial in it's day as it's about a raving psycho who butchers and scalps people at night. A sick, sometimes realistic and violent movie that is as shocking as Saw or Hostel.
Labyrinth on Blu-Ray after renting it: Hasn't aged well, a kind of dated movie if you ask me. The Dark Crystal is a better movie.
How to train a dragon.just bought it for my son.we loved it.even my four yr old daughter loved it.!!if you haven't already seen this movie, check it out.great family film.![]()
"im the attention whore that will knock your robot fuckin teeth in if you talk shit." - just lil ole me
Casino Royale on bluray. The movie is great. The PQ and AQ is amazing.
Saw that 2 times in theaters, great flick and i own it on Blu-Ray.
Superman/Batman Apocalypse: Awesome Batman/Superman animated movie, Supergirl is a total animated babe and has great action sequences and perfect for fans of DC movies.
Cape Fear (1991): Fantastic remake, saw it in theaters when i was 10 years old.
Bram Stoker's Dracula on Blu-Ray: I grew up with this movie, the 1931 movie and Hammer's Horror of Dracula as a kid back in 92 when i was 11, it looks and sounds better than ever.
Twilight Zone The Movie: One of my childhood faves that looks ok on high def.
Saw 3D: A great finale to a cool horror series, the 3D was just outstanding.
Just watched "The legend of the guardians". The visuals were outstanding, the best looking fully animated movie of all time. Other than that, it was ok. The owls looked fucking badass.
Halloween 4/5: Part 4 and 5 returned to the original storyline after part 3's attempt to turn the series into an anthology failed.
Friday The 13th (1980) Uncut Blu-Ray: Looks decent on Blu-Ray but this is a great uncut version of a classic horror flick.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre part 2: Gruesome, hilarious and gory sequel.
Nosferatu (1979): What can i say? just a fantastic remake of an immortal cinematic horror classic.
Magic (1978) on Blu-Ray: A good Blu-Ray for a very creepy psycho horror thriller about a demented ventriloquist and his evil dummy played by Anthony Hopkins, this scared the hell out of me about 24 years ago when i was 5 watching it on video.
The Prowler on Blu-Ray: Great early 80's slasher Halloween imitator with good gore and kills by make-up artist Tom Savini.
Inside (a.k.a. L'interieur): Awesome, horrifying and unique French horror thriller about a slasher who wants to rip the fetus out of a pregnant woman as she kills various guests in the house, not for the faint of heart.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2(1986) on VHS
I saw this film years ago. I owned an 80's copy until my VCR ate it. Recently I bought a newer VHS released copy of the film. Holy shit, there were scenes in this copy I have never seen before.
"I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to other people and I expect the same from them."

~~You say "Nerd," I say "Intellectual Badass!"!
The Land Before Time: Excellent animated adventure that i always loved since i was a kid! i saw it about 23 years ago when it came out in theaters in November of that year when i was 7 years old and loved it as i saw it 2 times. I had some of the merchandise as a kid including PJs, stuffed petrie, Coloring Books to all the way to Pizza Hut Hand Puppets. I watch it every thanksgiving as a tradition, nothing beats the original.
Planes Trains and Automobiles: one of my faves since i was 14, a great comedy that is perfect for thanksgiving time.
Megamind: Excellent Incredibles-esque comedy.
Due Date - funny as hell!
My Neighbor Totoro: Awesome movie that i adored since i was 12, it's a unique 1988 animated fantasy from the maker of Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away Hayao Miyazaki and appeals to kids and adults alike, it's a movie for everyone to enjoy.
Oliver and Company: a thanksgiving time tradition i watch every year during november, i saw this when it first came out in 1988 when i was 7 years old 3 times when i lived in Omaha like before thanksgiving, 4 days after thanksgiving and after christmas day. I had some merchandise including Mcdonalds finger-puppets, PJs, a glass with dodger and oliver, Christmas ornuments, readalong book, soundtrack and that sort of thing. I was disappointed the next year or next that it never came out on video but i did enjoyed the 1996 re-issue when i was 14 as some of my friends in junior high remembered the original release when they were 5,6 and 7 too, i enjoy watching this movie every november as a tradition to be nostalgic. Sykes is badass.
Toy Story 3 on Blu-Ray: Fantastic finale of a great trilogy!
Kiki's Delivery Service: Another masterpiece from Hayao Miyazaki and Ghibli! this one stars Kirsten Dunst and Phil Hartman in his final role before his death in the dub which i enjoyed but i watched the subtitled with Japanese language version this time. Loved it since i was 17 when it came here to the US about 12 years ago.

Truly spectacular...in every way that matters. I have to say that this was one of the most satisfying movies I have ever seen.
Will definitely see it again.
"You know why the departures and the arrivals at LAX are on separate levels? So the 30,000 heartbreakers that come here each month don't notice the 30,000 that are leaving with their hearts broken."
