Beauty and The Beast (Disney) on Blu-Ray: Looks and sounds brilliant as ever, i saw this movie when i had a field trip in my city with my class when it came out at age 10 and loved it, i had the hots for Belle.

Let Me In: Inferior to the 2008 Swedish vampire modern classic "Let The Right One In" but quite good i gotta say and works well.

Say Sora, you mean the first Pokemon movie?

I Spit on Your Grave (2010): Excellent and graphic remake of the 1978 sick shocker about a NY writer gal who goes to the countryside for a vacation until four men rape her and leave her for dead until she gets revenge. If you stomached the original movie like i did even with that horrifying castration sequence then you can stomach this one.

Halloween (1978) Blu-Ray: What can i say? a masterpiece that is still beloved.

    Halloween 2/3 double feature:
Great sequels although Halloween 3 is a very misunderstood movie.

    Suspiria:
One of my favorite horror movies since i rented it on video when i was in high school, a true work of cinematic horror art from Italy, Dario Argento made his masterpiece.

    The Signal:
Terrific Sci-fi thriller very similar to The Crazies but earlier.

    A Nightmare on Elm Street 2010 Blu-Ray:
Enjoyable despite being PD's worst remake, i mean Jackie was very good as very not doesn't have the grudge like Englund. Of course kids know Freddy krueger, they watch his movies on cable and DVD all teh time even dress up as him every Halloween.

Love Anna Faris. Love that movie. As a matter of fact, it's one of the best feel-good movies I've ever seen. A complete entertainment.

Se7en on Blu-Ray: Great movie for the halloween season, a horror-thriller masterpiece on every level.

Saw 1 2 and 3: Preparing for the final chapter of Saw by doing a Saw-a-thon.

    Sharktopus

Tries very hard to be an horror/dark comedy like Piranha, but fails very much. However, sometimes becomes "so bad is good" but most of the time is just "so bad".

House of Wax 2005 was an enjoyable remake of the 50's classic with Vincient Price.

Re-Animator: Now this is an awesome Sci-fi horror comedy with a cult following plus Jeffery Combs in his debut, graphic and hilarious film about a medical student who has discovered the means of bringing the dead back to life. It's sort of like Frankenstein meets Evil Dead, it's a sick and twisted yet funny as hell flick that has gore, zombies, babes, charm and fascination of afterlife, watch it for Halloween and rent it at your local movie rental store or netflix.

    Frankenstine (1910)
Amazeing what you'll find on Youtube. Only 13 minutes long it is the very first movie adaptaion of Mary Shelly's novel. It's probably also the very first Horror movie.

The Human Centipede Blu-Ray: Shocking, unique and hard to watch recent made horror flick in the vein of Re-Animator meets Cannibal Ferox, not for weak stomaches but if you can handle it then you'll find it to be a nice gory experiment.

Oooh good choices R-type, Paprika is an awesome anime movie that i saw when it came out in theaters in my city two years ago and loved it, you should check out the director's psychological horror thriller "Perfect Blue" which is just as great. Do you think Paprika influenced Inception? just as much as Princess Mononoke/Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind influenced Avatar.

I grew up with Night of the Creeps since i was 7 years old back in 88 when i lived in Omaha and had a taped from HBO copy for years but thank god last year it finally came to DVD and Blu-Ray and bought NOTC from one of the malls right away.

Grindhouse on Blu-Ray: I own the other 2 movies in their unrated cuts on DVD as now i own the theatrical release of both movies together with the fake trailers again, loved this movie since i saw it in theaters 4 years ago.

The Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-Ray: Loved this since i was 12 years old when it came out, one of the best adult animated movies i've ever seen and one of my favorites that looks and sounds terrific on Blu-Ray.

Sat down and watched the massively long extended edition of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King.

Dark Night of the Scarecrow on DVD: Such a nice scary TV movie that scared me when i was a kid when i rented it from one of the video stores as a kid back in the 80's.

Bad Taste: Hilarious and gory Sci-fi horror comedy that is Peter Jackson's debut, it lives up to it's title for it's gross, gory, tasteless and hilarious. Loved it for years since i was a teenager.

My Bloody Valentine (1981) on Blu-Ray: Looks and sounds great in high-defintion, another horror movie i grew up with and one of the best Halloween cash-ins ever from Canada. The recent remake in 3D was awesome too.

Near Dark on Blu-Ray: It's a mixed bag in high-def but still the movie is an awesome masterpiece of the horror genre and a lost vampire classic because it came out at the same year and time as The Lost Boys, personally i think this one is superior to The Lost Boys. Kathryn Bigelow has made her best movie and blows away The Hurt Locker clean out of the water.
