Overall, I liked the movie but not because of the "twist" ending. I liked it mainly because of the engaging story, the actors ( DiCaprio and Jackie Earle Haley were great ), the cinematography and the production design. So basically if you're in the mood for a nice psychological thriller, go see "Shutter Island".

No, the new one is just called "Star Trek." But please see it, it's amazingly awesome. I got goosebumps just from seeing the title.
First Contact is the second movie of the Next Generation series, with Picard, Data, Riker, and the evil Borg, etc.

No, the new one is Tron Legacy. Tron is the original 1982 film.

I just watched jurassic park 3 god those movies were really awesome when they came out, it's a pity they gave up on making the 4th installment to which i was deeply dissapointed

They had talked about doing another one after they did Indiana Jones 4, but then I never heard anything else about it. As for recently watched movies:
-Tornado! (x2...once on Netflix and once on my sister's DVR...I really like that movie, despite it being a cheap Twister rip off)
-Evil Dead (w/BC commentary...lol)
-Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn (w/the group commentary...funny stuff)
We don't have cable anymore, no Netflix and no rental store (in town anymore), so you'll either see me posting a lot less then I did before or you'll see me watching the movies I already own (plan on watching My Name Is Bruce again with BC commentary sometime, but watching Burn Notice right now).
Oh and my mom was like, "I don't have any movies with Bruce Campbell in them."
Me: "Yes you do."
Mom: "I do?"
*goes and gets Congo off of her shelf*
Me: "He's in the first ten minutes of this. Gets killed, though."
Mom: "Oh."
(She can't stand Bruce for some reason...when it comes to him, I'm definitely not like Mom!)
