Yet I love winter because NCAA basketball and the NBA is in full gear .

Its snowing here right now.

I hate winter because its just so freakin cold! Cant, or should I say, Dont want to, work on my cars. Even the one in my garage.. with the turbo heater its still cold you you get stunk out by the fumes.

On average winter lows are 33 and the highs are 51. It is 38 right now and very sunny. We get very little precipitation in the winter. It all comes in the spring and summer. As a matter of fact most of the snow we get comes on the heels of spring. Also around Jan we get these periods of warmth. The temp gets up to 70 and 75 for a week or two then all of a sudden we hit 30's again. Weather can get crazy down here.

My parents got me Sims 3 as a replacement for the desk they returned. I can't play the darned thing! My computer is from 2003 and my video or graphics card isn't up to date. What do I do?

If an upgrade is out of the question (which, being a 2003 comp, probably is), then why not look into a new one? They are dirt cheap these days.

I'm actually thinking about a laptop. I don't know though. Then my parents will think they were right about getting me that other desk because the one I have won't work with one. (Darned if I do, darned if I don't.) My moniter has been going for a couple of months. I have to restart it at least twice just for it stay on. Then my harddrive is a pain in the butt. I don't know though. I love this computer. It got me through some crappy times in college.

VIKINGS LOST IN OVERTIME! VIKINGS LOST IN OVERTIME!!! Yes yes yes yes yes yes! I know I shouldn't be up to watch it since I have early work, but this was just rich. I am a die-hard Packer fan and seeing the Vikings go down is just one way I love to end the day. My coworkers are going to hate my sister and me tomorrow, but forget them! (My sister wears a Packers lanyard for her badge. She'll get it worse. Thank god for my pink skulls one.)
