OK... my turn to rant.

OK... for some time now, a lot has been going on here on the boards with people at each other's necks and I for one am really getting sick of it! If anyone here has a problem with this thread... well suck it up! We all know there are rules here and I for one was not aware of one of them and posted a fan-fic when I shouldnt have. I respect the rules but what PISSES me off is when others have to get on and make sure we all have those rules posted in our faces as if they have nothing else to do but look at everyone's threads and report and or snitch about rules that might be at the time being broken. I would like for once for people to just enjoy the boards and leave all the rule inforcement to those who run the damn site!

i totaly understand thatabout LM and i ven told him to lay low and stay off the boards and stop with all the accounts. We all have problems and some show if in different ways as did LM. He admits what he did and said was wrong. It just disturbs me when some want to just sit on here and throw rules in others faces when there are so many more constructive things they can be doing. I agree... rules are rules but they dont need to be thrown in people's faces at every turn by those that are not admin.

What's the matter? You don't like it that people like me take sides with the management on here? if i get banned for something i do wrong or because I didnt know a rule, well then thats my fault. I dont need anyone, friend or not and I do also think of you as a friend... being forums rule keeper and making sure im aware of every rule here, is all im saying. As a moderator, I have to suggest that there is a guideline to post and I quote it for poster's convenience, so that they can keep posting and enjoying on the forum without breaking the rule.


When posts/threads seem to cause damage to anyone's personal information/reputation, it should be deleted to protect the members as soon as possible.


When threads are going into a name-calling, I close it before it gets worse.


As for fanfics/roleplaying in general, it's been a very delicate matter throughout the creative industry. Since S4TE is the one and only official website of high-profile Hollywood film director, it must be on the safest side. Everyone knows that no one here has any intention to claim or infringe on copyrights, but it can never be too careful about the future risk by future guests. (In my private opinion, it must be no problem at all to let people know about fanfics/roleplaying posted outside of S4TE.)


Any deletion/notifying is nothing personal. If I for one get banned for breaking the rules, I'll be willingly accept it.


It would be very nice if people would read the announcement first- it's just one click away. And if there's any question about posting, here's a Site and forum stuff section to ask.

I agree with Tora straight up. Ever since Nelson closed my Bad Boys FanFic, I have inored anything close-handed to that since. For me, this place is a place to socialise and talk about our hopes and dreams for TF3, as well as getting letters from Bay.
Through I wasn't a member here in 2008, I enjoyed April-June this year on the forums, we have gone downhill, but I think we will pick up again.
I respect that every member is an actual person in the real world, with real thoughs, feelings, and memories. Just like anything in real-life, I treat try everybody in a caring and resepectfull maner.
