-Skids's tooth jingles when he talks.
-When Sam and Mikaela hide in the building, you can hear random Decepticons talking a lot.
-Judy throws her purse at Rampage.

for me-

- op rips out a tree in the forest battle and uses it as a weapon
- when grindors arm is ripped off the spinning blade flys away
- and as secret agent bleep mentioned, i love it when the decepticons are talking when sam and mikaela were hiding!!

Megs' tank treads were a nice touch.

Turturro doing the right thing. (I laughed when they made a mention of it in the commentary as well)

-In Shanghai when Arcee, Chromia, and Flare Up are chasing after Sideways, once he jumps through the building with the sisters following, I like how it hear the chimes of some Japanese music, then it cuts straight back to The Shard

-Once Soundwave ejects Ravage, I like how the camera follows and moves around Ravage as he runs up to a fence, jumps over it, runs runs runs runs, then goes straight into that NEST base, throws a pipe's top off, then bits it with his mouth, releaseing all the insectercons/microbots

-The sound made when Mixmaster connects to Scavenger in the foration of Devastator, as well as the sound of Long Haul forming the leg

-You gotta love how the at the beginning when we see the Fallen's face the the screen cuts to black, TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN is formed onscreen with those lights and sound effects

-At the cemetery, Optimus' chest windows are still soiled badly. That's one of things I like him about - he doesn't care much what he looks like. (But it's frightening at the same time if it wasn't just the mud but Demolisher's bodily fluid.)
-I wonder how Sam could've handwritten such sharply-angular glyphs like this on the wall in his dorm room.
-Doctor trims Sam's nose hairs before examining him.
-The scene CH-47 dropped down Optimus' body on the New Jersey Air Base looked almost identical to Japanese "Convoy is dead" TV spot aired in 1986. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaQWt2yFSyY)
-Mr. Galloway's glasses are super durable, it withstood the shock of jumping out of C-17.
-As I guessed before, legs of Optimus in the desert are life-sized props.
-Jet Prime has an Egyptian-like (= the Fallen-like) chin. Cute!

another one that it nice is when optimus is transforming at the nest centre (and the camera circles around him) i like how he shrugs as he does it...kinda like he is shaking off the battle he just had.

Since you're clearly into sounds, here's another one for you: What about the sound when The Fallen - on the pyramid - levitate all the incoming air strike? I rarely felt this kind of sensation in the theater.

For those you are into images, another subtle details I like is that very short shot of Meg - in the desert - coming down on Sam & Co. when they are trying to loose him in a cloud of sand, by spinning around. Great stuff.

I enjoy the detail in Jetfire. There is a fan spinning on the top of his hand and I like how the ramjet turbine engines turn in his knees.

I also like when Devastator opens his mouth there are two excavator type buckets that open in his lower jaw. Like teeth coming out.

-how bumblebee is playing all those flirty songs while alice is in the car, up until she says "we are not cheating...yet" then he starts pwning her...its as if he forgot about Mikaela, and when she said that he's like, o damn! i forgot, he's taken i already did this to his present gf!! uuh..sh*t sh*t sh*t..what do i do?? oh, i know! *slam!!* wait, gotta do more..uuh...oh! *squiirrrtt!!!!* lol, i could see that train of thoughts going through his head

- optimus hangs onto grindor and pulls him down after he kills him
