For me, it would have to be Peter Cullen's Optimus Prime - deep and authoritative without being booming and imposing, and yet at times he can sound almost reassuring.

Second would be Hugo Weaving's Megatron - he gave Megatron that much-needed menace, and for some reason, I like his delivery of the word 'Decepticons'.

    Movies
Ironhide. Love Jess Harnell as a va, esp Drawn Together. Didn't like movie Hide much in the begining but I love him now. There are some days I wish I owned a GMC Topkick just to scare people off when Im driving round town. The size of vehicle alone would scare em.
Prime. Hello I grew up with this voice so it's special to me. Will always be Prime to me. I love Cullen as Eeyore too, should see all my merch I have.

    Cartoons
    G1 Prime. See reason above
BW Megatron. God I love that voice.

    Peter Cullen is a given.
And Soundwave is good (minus vocoder)

    After that for pure voice:
Ratchet & Ironhide (perfect casting imho)

I love the Cybertronian voices of all the Decepticons from the 2007 movie when Starscream mobilised them.

    Peter Cullen aka Optimus Prime..anytime.

Second would be Garry Chalks voice of Cybertron OP and BW/BM Primal.

I think everyone can appreciate Peter Cullen's voice... but to be original I would say that Ironhide's voice is pretty nice or soundwave's.

TFA Megatron (and most Shockwaves)- Corey Burton
    Soundwave/ Dr. Claw- Frank Welker
    Ratchet- Jeff Combs
TF: P is my favourite voice for Starscream so far.
TFA Bumblebee- Bumper Robinson- great choice, both for Bee's... exuberance, but also fitting a robot that's what? Thousands of years old? G1 Bee sounded a bit immature somehow.

I think both Cullen and Kaye did a good job as Prime, especially the latter for a more inexperienced Optimus.

Tony Todd = excellent for the Fallen. Perfect.

Gary Ghalk is very versatile, I've really enjoyed his contributions to VO work (and his time on Stargate).

Lance Henrikson did a great job as Lockdown.

I hadn't really thought of Barricade, but that was good work for him, intimidating.
