They've probably made up their minds by this point, but it's worth a try.
Megatron (again)
Unicron
Galvatron
Shockwave
Arkeville/Human allies for the Decepticons
Quintessons
Hate Plague
Nemesis Prime
Other (specify)
They've probably made up their minds by this point, but it's worth a try.
Something tells me Megatron is just going to get an upgrade. But I hope they dont pull a Spiderman 3 and put (4 / 5) villains packed into the plot.
I voted Unicron, I should've voted 'other' but in the next one I hope the new villan(s) is mainly Unicron and w/ Galvatron obviously as a Unicron herald. Megatron just coming back as just Megatron would be pretty boring IMHO, besides - whats the entertainment value in a story that would only go one way "Megatron wants revenge against the Autobots for the death of his father like figure, the Fallen - and now he has come back with more Decepticon troops to exterminate the Autobots, and ultimately humanity!"
If this is the last, what better way to finish than Unicron? If TF3 isn't the last, post-TF3 would be showing a more futuristic angle - which I think would be cool.
I voted unicron as well... But in all honesty... BARRICADE AND SIDEWAYS w00t!!!!
i voted other cause i want some hints of the japense headmasters from takra so i pick lord zarack or as most of you know him as blackouts partner
I picked Megatron. He needs to be the focal villain for a full movie length. Not frozen until the last 30 minutes and not a lackey to the Fallen.
O Barricade, where art thou? O there you are! DEAD.
Driller-bot is thirsty.
ok first question... maybe a stupid one.. but isnt the lil guy in the first movie that came out of barricade that went onto air force one isnt he considered a mini con. And the same with soundwave, the lion, and the lil thing that steals the shard. Arent they considered mini-cons? And i agree with gabba, i think that an upgraded megatron should be the main focal point of the movie with shockwave, sideways, and barricade. I think they should bring blurr and Rodimus. Give more screen time to arcee, jolt and the others. Im also thinking starscream should start being devious and changing sides. and maybe the end of the movie with megatron having been defeated and helpless to beat the autobots he leaves earth to search for more power runs into unicron... blah blah.... here we go for number 4
Frenzy is a cousin to soundwave, ravage is one of soubdwaves minions, and the reed man is made up of nanobots
Unicron would be great and AWESOME!
You've got to have Sideways before Unicron.
I voted other
You tell her we're not her pets, and we're not her toys! We're an advance, genius alien race just looking for a home!
the real truth is that both frenzeny and ravgage are both casset bots in g1 one and scorpanck was really a head masters from the planet nebulos and his head is the leader of the neboulans and after galvatrons dies he becomes the leader of the con's just to make it clear for everyone![]()
I voted Other, as I REALLY want to see Barricade come back! He's mean and wicked, and nobody knows what really happenned to him after the High-speed Highway chase in the first movie!
He must still be out there somewhere! I definitely want to see a show-down where Barricade gets his Butt kicked by Bumblebee! Camaro vs. Mustang!
Obviously Megatron will be the main villain for the next film. But I'd like to see hints of Unicron. Maybe Unicron can somehow contact Megatron and offers Megatron power and a chance to carry pout his revenge against the Autobots and their allies in return for his servitude. At this point, there is no true on-screen appearance of Unicron. He's like some sort of mysterious supernatural entity for now. Megatron accepts Unicron's help and he is upgraded into Galvatron. As a bonus, Unicron also creates Nemesis Prime to make sure Optimus is destroyed. So for the most part, Galvatron and Nemesis Prime are the real villains and Unicron finally appears at the very end hinting towards the next film.
I voted Shockwave. I think it would be really interesting if they used his Marvel comics persona where he's Megatrons equal, in strength, and brains.
I agree I really want Barricade back.! What happened to him anyway? In the 'Transformers: The veiled threat' book by Alan Dean Foster, I read that towards the end Barricade fought Optimus and servived, hes there all right, but where, is the question?..
Anyway, I voted other, simply because I couldnt really choose. I like Soundwave, but I also say 'Barricade' and (like in the book) 'Dropkick'.

Bumblebee: You are the person I care for most in my life. And if there is anything you need I wont be far away.
Unicron? No thanks! To destroy him all the Autobots would have to do is find the Silver Surfer...or Keanu Reeves. No planet eating, bringers of destruction, heralding nonsense please!
Some people do believe there's a reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Duty.
If it's not Megatron then it has to be Galvatron. I don't see them going in any other direction.
"I find your lack of faith disturbing."
Darth Vader
I can See Megs becoming Galvatron but that would mean he would have to come into contact with Unicron somehow, or at least Unicron's essence and be changed. Also I weant to see Soundwave get some much needed screen time as well as maybe Shockwave. I think that will do but in all that is greatness... not because im a D-con fan, but if Bay wants it to be more emotional SOME AUTOBOTS HAVE TO DIE!!! And I mean big name bots. Go all out with it. We all know the D-cons will lose but at least have some A-bots die for the greater cause.
This probably would not sit right with the third movie following its current story line, but I reckon a clone of Prime (Nemesis Prime) being controlled my Megatron would be an awesome villain – Just like in G1 “A Prime Problem”. What better way is there for Megatron to learn all there is too know about the Autobots and the NEST base, than to enter as the leader himself?! (Probably been said before – but there’s my two bits worth) If not Nemesis Prime – Megs still has my vote.
Ultra Magnus:"I know you're BORED, Rodimus, but with the mantle of leadership come obligations."
Rodimus Prime:"Mmm... Don't suppose I could interest you in a used mantle?"
just dont want the villain to get tired:deadhorse1: any really i dont care as long as there is robot carnage!!
Other: the Trypticon Decepticon character like the animated series version but that it took the form of a huge city like for example Los Angeles or New York.... with strange things happening in the city, people disappearing, buildings moving during the night and an on horde of Pretenders hidden among the population...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trypticon
Animated series
In the American cartoon, Trypticon was created in 2005 from a human city by the Constructicons, to act as the main weapon in the Earth-based half of the Decepticon-Quintesson alliance’s two-pronged strike on the Autobots. Trypticon’s first action was the destruction of the Ark, and he then proceeded to attack the helpless Autobot City. The city’s sub-section, the colossal Autobot known as Metroplex, had been left unable to transform by the destruction of his transforming cog, but just in time, Blurr, Wheelie, Sky Lynx and Marissa Faireborn returned with the replacement, allowing Metroplex to transform to robot mode and dispose of Trypticon, defeating him in battle and hurling him into the ocean.
Trypticon survived the encounter, however, and walked across the seabed to the prehistoric Dinobot Island, where he recuperated. In short order, however, he was located by the Decepticon wheeler-dealer, Octane, who took him to the Socialist Democratic Federated Republic of Carbombya, where the country’s ruler, Supreme Military Dictator, King of Kings, and President for Life Abdul Fakkadi paid for their military services. When Fakkadi tired of spending his country’s oil on the two Decepticons, Trypticon began to steal national monuments to placate him, but eventually the arrival of Galvatron forced Fakkadi to call in the Autobots. Once again, Metroplex battled Trypticon and defeated him.
One of Trypticon’s eyes was stolen by Starscream's ghost and Scourge for Unicron, and Starscream then possessed Trypticon himself in order to deliver the behemoth's Transforming Cog to Unicron. Before Starscream could direct Trypticon to make the connections that would give Unicron a new body, however, the Decepticons inside Trypticon disconnected some of his systems, leaving him immobile and preventing Starscream from making him move.
In preparation for a later attack on Autobot City, the Decepticons successfully stole Metroplex’s transforming cog. In retaliation, however, the Autobots had their human allies appropriate Trypticon’s. With each of the cities now fitted with the other's incompatible cog, Trypticon and Metroplex battled again, partially transforming back and forth from mode to mode, until First Aid correctly aligned the cog within Metroplex, allowing him to fully transform and defeat Trypticon yet again.
Trypticon's last appearance saw him called to a dead world in an ancient region of the galaxy along with many other Transformer "primitives" (those possessing animal alternate modes), where they were charged with defeating Tornedron, the creation of insane genius Primacron, who had also built Unicron. Unfortunately for Trypticon, he was the first to fall to Tornedron, and, drained of all his energy, nearly crushed his comrades as he collapsed. When Tornedron was defeated, the energy he absorbed was released, restoring Trypticon. Nevertheless, he did not make any further appearances in the American cartoon series. Trypticon was voiced by Brad Garrett.
Unicron
I think they should just stick to Megatron and his minions!
Best of all I want to see a Unicron as main evil character. And I want also to see some kinds of dinosaur transformers, especially I want T-rex
I doubt Unicron will make an appearance in TF3. Remember from the secret video how Bay said he wants to go "sideways" so I highly doubt they will add Unicron which will make the movie "bigger" imo.
I could be wrong though.
Optimus Prime: "What if we leave, and your wrong?"
Just one of the few great quotes from ROTF
