I dunno, we still have most the school year to go first... But in all honesty, I don't think I'll get close to getting a girlfriend until I'm 19/20

I've overheard girls saying that they will go to grad with the first person that asks them, but I wouldn't take advantage of that... That seems low..

Yeah when it's like morning here (in US), it's about evening there. Used to be friends with a girl in Brisbane (lost contact with her, tho ).

/rant time (since this is the randomz thread)

Anyways, not been around much because I've just been sticking to games because I've been sick (I'm gonna try to get in to see the doctor tomorrow, because I think I have a node or gland infection in my neck and jawline...something almost right behind my right ear lobe is swollen up like a grape, so yeah). I'm supposed to be going on a trip in a little over a week, but I really don't know how I'm realistically supposed to afford that now with my doctor visits and stuff (it's not like I was planning on getting sick). So I've been playing games because of how stressed out I've been. My mom doesn't seem to understand, either. I'd like to visit my family in Texas, but if I can't afford it, I can't afford it. I kind of would rather put my health and responsibilities (ie- bills) above that.

And um...other news...I finally beat Oblivion's main quest, for those who noticed I'd been playing it. Took about 18 hours I think? And I really only did MQ (I did maybe one or two side quests and that's it...had to do the paint quest in Chaydinhal...I love that quest). Probably will go back to Assassin's Creed. Maybe. ;-)

Aw, LM, I hear ya, but (donning her Mom of teens hat) you still have a lot of time ahead of you, and a lot going for you (for example, you constantly crack me up, you make sushi!, etc). Those girls will realize what a catch you are and be fighting for you! It just make take some time. It will come.

And I just fixed my kb that's been 'broke' for several months now. Tab button popped off and was missing. Thought I'd have to replace whole thing, so I just went without tab button. Found the tab button a few minutes ago, popped it on (I was guessing) and it worked. So now I have a fully functional KB again.

Edit: well mostly functional. The spring in the spacebar sometimes pops out of place and only the left side of it will work until I do my little fix. Some day I'll get another one and ship this one to PS3 land.
